The Ashford is one of the best Assisted Living Homes I have ever seen. I was privileged to work at the Ashford and I absolutely loved my time there. The facility is incredible, clean, beautiful, and feels like home right away. The people who work there truly are committed to high quality care and treat the residents like family. The management is very involved with the residents and you can tell that they care deeply. The activities committee go above and beyond for the residents to make everyday fun and exciting. 10/10 would recommend!

My in-laws have lived at Ashford for a year now after living at Jamestown for 4 years. Ashford hires the best help. All of the people there are so kind and compassionate and are truly caring. We feel like the best help has been at Ashford. We would recommend this place to everyone. The only complaint my mother in law has is the lack of fresh fruit served with meals.

My uncle was moved to the Ashford when he needed to upgrade his care from assisted living to memory care. I could not have chosen a better place for him! The staff and nurses have been incredibly compassionate, loving and helpful every step of the way. They exemplify the best qualities of their profession, and are true professionals in every way! My uncle passed away just 2 weeks after his move, but I am so glad he had such incredible care during those last 2 weeks! I highly recommend the Ashford to anyone!!

I went into Ashford senior living center in springville, Utah and thought "wow I am really glad that my mother and dad don't live here"! the place smelt like Urine, the CNA staff was rude and unwelcoming. They seemed young and inexperienced. When I asked a question they didn't know the answer and just kept looking at me. There were stains on the carpets and the residents didn't look happy. I walked into the kitchen area just to look around and the food on the resident's place looked disgusting. I wouldn't eat there. I wanted to do something special for these residents that have to live there. Please don't let your loved ones be there. It will make them miserable!

If your looking for a loving, caring place for yourself or a loved one, this is a wonderful place. Our mother was there after our father passed away. They were very friendly and had several age appropriate activities, shopping, scenic drives, temple visits. Food was excellent. The residents reflect the care and attention of the staff. A lot of personal interest. Family atmosphere. Mike A

I moved my father into Ashford from another facility almost a year ago. I visit him every week, 3 times a week, for approximately 6 hours a week. I have been there in the early morning and late at night. I have always found the employees to be helpful, kind, and respectful to every resident. When our family comes to visit him they always comment on how nice, clean, and fresh everything looks. I have had several meals with my dad and I have no complaints about the taste, quality or quantity of the food. They also have good activities and outings for the residents. My dad loves it there and tells me often that he gets wonderful care from the staff. I would highly recommend Ashford to anyone.

Ashford Assisted Living has been more than a blessing to our family!! The food is wonderful and the facility is beautiful and ALWAYS spotless!! I literally can't say enough good things about the owners and staff! On our first tour as we were considering our parents moving their, joint owner, Greg Nield, gave us the tour himself. He was so kind and professional but what touched me so deeply was that as we walked around, he knew every single residents' name and asked them pertinent questions about things that were happening in their lives. ALL of the staff is AMAZING!! From the food services staff, to administration, to cleaning, to nursing and the adorable CNA's, to activities, seriously, they are the best! My Dad LOVES it there and is always telling me how much he loves the staff and being there!! I live in a different state, and they take such a huge weight of worry off my shoulders because I know my Dad is not only being taken care of, but is loved!

I have lived in other Assisted Living locations and I can honestly tell you Ashford is the best you will ever find for the amount they charge. The management really cares about your well being, the CNA staff is very effencient in responding when you call them, in fact I would adopt them as my own grand-children because that's how I feel when they assist me. The cleaning staff do a very good job of keeping the apartment and the building clean and inviting. They have exelant activities, The food is very good with a good selection of menu chices. In short I highly recommend Ashford to all who are looking for a care-giver location for their loved ones.

I have been very pleased with the care my wife has received since coming to Ashford - Springville. Everyone from the top on has been extremely helpful and caring. I don't know where they find the young ladies that work directly with my wife, but they are very professional and extremely caring, far above what I had expected. Everyone has also been very helpful with me. The toughest thing for me has been learning to just relax and let them take care of the situation. But it works. Thank you very much.

My parents have been at Ashford for about a year and a half. We have really been impressed with the care they have been getting. My mom recently passed away, and the staff was so caring through her last weeks. The facility is clean, bright, and beautiful. The people who work there are committed to high quality care and treat the residents like family. The activities committee go above and beyond for the residents to make every day fun with lots of activities and outings. Love it!

A beloved friend lives here and enjoys it so much! I love to listen to her tell me how she loves it there. As an outsider going in, it is clean and the staff is friendly. The beauty of the facility makes you want to linger as you walk so you can enjoy all that is around. One of the nicest facilities I've been in and I've seen many! Thank you for taking such good care of those we love! 💕

The staff and residents are so kind! It’s a beautiful place and a very warm environment. They have many activities and entertainment for their residents. They let us come and serve by offering a short musical performance. We loved it!

I worked at the Ashford for over a year, and absolutely loved it! It was so amazing to make relationships with the residents and their families! I would definitely recommend someone to work here, or to have a family member live there! The administration is great and really cares about each resident and each employee.

What a wonderful place! We moved a loved one to Ashford's because he needed some additional care and he reached a point where he could not live alone anymore. From the moment I walked in the doors I was impressed. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. From moving in to the food prep and room delivery. The staff really make the Ashford the best place. You never see anyone not smiling or asking if they can help you. Moving your loved ones to a care facility is never easy but the staff made the whole experience so great! We can not express our love and appreciation for all their kindness and support. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a care center. A+++

I worked at the Ashford and sadly had to leave because I am moving out of the state. I normally don’t leave a review for any places I have worked, but I just have to for this place because it really was the best! I absolutely loved working here. I loved the employees & residents. The building is so, so nice & well taken care of and everyone truly cares about the residents. Seriously my most favorite place I have ever worked! 10/10 recommend for anyone thinking about putting a family member here or working here.

Since I first saw the Ashford facility the owner no longer manages the facility. Almost all of the staff have quit & gone elsewhere. Residents are very frustrated that " all the people we know & trust leave." They are not hiring as many people to help when staff does leave. I am sad but the Ashford in Springville has changed & not for the better.

My grandma spent the last few months of her life in the Springville Ashford facility before she passed away last summer. She was transferred there from another facility and the difference in the level of care provided was incredible.I was not able to visit because of COVID-19 restrictions, but the staff bent over backwards to make sure that my mom could visit as often as possible with the necessary precautions. The staff not only helped my Grandma but also provided my mom with support and love when she felt overwhelmed not knowing the best thing to do for Grandma's care. So thankful for the people at Ashford!

I’m constantly impressed with the staff at The Ashford. They take incredible care of my sweet mother. I can truly sense how genuine and thoughtful many of the staff members are here. My mom loves them because she can sense how much they love her and are willing to do anything for her. Also, Jordan is one of the best nurses around. He has been so wonderful in countless ways! It’s reassuring to know my mom is in great hands at a beautiful place.

Ashford Assisted Living of Springville excels in many ways and it is the staff that really makes the difference. They are friendly and kind. They treat each resident with respect and are willing to go the extra mile if a resident has a special need. I appreciate the great care they give my mother! Update - My mother passed away and the staff at Ashford were incredibly helpful and kind during that difficult time. I highly recommend the Ashford!

When it was time for my mid-90 year old parents to leave their beloved home, we visited almost every assisted living facility in Utah County. Ashford was so clean, so well appointed, and so welcoming that the decision to move there was comfortable for all of us. The facility is very well cared for and smells fresh all day, every day. The hallways are spacious, the windows were large with beautiful views of Mt Timpanogas. The staff is accommodating in the big and little things that make Ashford feel like home. In our case, this extended down to delivering my dad his traditional onion sandwich every night for dinner. When my mother passed, they lovingly supported him through the transition. As he became less capable of self-care, the nursing staff professionally anticipated and supported his needs. They kept me, as the family member, informed and offered end-of-life counseling. He developed relationships with many workers that became true friendships. It was a comfort to know that he was not only being cared for, but loved. I sincerely thank all at Ashford for creating an environment that balances people and professionalism. I highly recommend, without reservation, Ashford to anyone whose loved one is in need of this type of service.

In May of 2017 I moved my mother from Southern California to the Ashford Assisted Living in Springville. Even though I only lived a mile away, I wanted my Mother’s daily schedule to be full of things she would enjoy when I couldn’t be with her. From crafting, exercise clas, music time, games and church activities her days were full. If Mom forgot about an activity the staff was right there to give her a warm invitation.Vitals, medications, prescriptions were all so easy, because they managed everything perfectly. After a year of residency, my mother moved to the memory care. Llubitza, the charge nurse was beyond good. She treated my mother like her mother. I was informed on daily matters and was involved in making decisions about her needs and care.Sadly, after a year in memory care my Mother became gravely ill. In the weeks, days and hours before her death, the entire staff was outstanding. We, as a family, came to love each one of them

Our grandpa passed away from covid here. Sent an email asking what was going on there. Never heard back. The lack of response or even basic condolences makes me wonder how seriously the staff took the pandemic, and all I can do is wonder about if they were partying on the weekends and breathing on the elderly during the week. Every time I think of this place my heart hurts that he passed the way he did. He should have been better protected. Period.

Care shown by the nurses and techs here has been great. They’re all very friendly and so helpful. It’s really hard putting a loved one in an assisted living facility and everyone at the Ashford has helped make the transition easier. Thank you to everyone who works there.

I worked at Ashford for almost 3 years and I absolutely loved every minute of it. When I got pregnant, I was so excited to become a mom but was so sad that I had to leave my job. The employees and residents are just the best, and I have made some life long friends from my time spent there. I still go back frequently to visit everyone. The facility is very clean and well kept up, and you can tell that the employees love what they do and love the residents. If I ever had to be in a position where I had to put one of my loved ones in a facility, I would definitely choose the Ashford! Great people, great care!

We made the best decision by placing our parents in Ashford Assisted Living & Memory Care. It was difficult to do, but when we saw the quality of care they would be receiving there it was much easier. The food was delicious and the CNAs working round the clock for them had such a cheery attitude. They could have been annoyed with our parents but instead responded to their requests cheerfully. We were also able to communicate with the director quickly with each need we had and she had so much patience with us. We truly felt that this was the best possible home for our parents to live at. It is a beautiful place!

My dad had the privileged of living at Ashford in the memory care unit for just over 2 years. This is the best place for loved ones. The staff are very caring. They treated my dad with courtesy and respect. I was impressed with the activities they have for the residents. The first Christmas he was there I went to visit him early in the morning. The head nurse and her husband were there dressed as Christmas Mice, and singing and dancing with the residence. What a wonderful site! I'll remember my dad with fond memories at Ashford.

My mother was in a very nice assisted living facility in California. When we moved to Utah, we brought her with us and looked for another good assisted living facility. We are thankful she chose Springville Ashford Assisted Living. They treated her and all her family with great care and concern. The food in the cafeteria is excellent. Her children often enjoyed having lunch with her in her cafeteria. We would all recommend Ashford Assisted Living to anyone needing care.

We had our mother in Ashford for 1 1/2 years. She was in memory care and they were always so kind to her. The food was certainly the best I have seen in a care facility and it was always clean. The staff was so nice to us and always helped us work through any challenges we were dealing with.

The day to day structure at their Springville location as well as the cleanliness and meals and activities made this such a wonderful place for mother. Undoubtedly the best part of this experience was the loving, caring staff who made mom feel cared for and loved. Definitely the right place for her to be placed!!! Thank you from the Ratcliffe Family.

Such an attentive and great place to help with your loved one. Going on our 4th year for mom and it’s truly her safe place. The only place she feels peaceful and comfortable now.
